You are responsible for building and scaling the performance engine across paid channels. Strategy, execution and results all sit with you. You will go deep when needed and zoom out when required, knowing when to test, when to scale and when to cut. What You’ll Own
- End‑to‑end performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels
- Multi‑million dollar budgets with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and growth
- Agency + in‑house execution model
- Creative testing and experimentation frameworks
- Attribution, tracking, and performance measurement What You Bring
- 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally in D2C or high‑growth environments
- Proven experience managing and scaling large budgets
- Robust commercial mindset (CAC, LTV, contribution margin)
- Deep hands‑on knowledge across key paid platforms
- Experience managing agencies and/or building internal teams
