- Plan and conduct tours in English for large groups (up to 46 people) with diverse needs.
- Deliver front‑line customer service, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence in a agile, customer‑orientated environment.
- Communicate effectively, including public speaking, presentation, storytelling, and creativity.
- Work collaboratively with team members and independently manage challenging situations, making quick decisions and resolving customer issues.
- Manage time, prioritise tasks, and organise daily workloads.
- Attend all induction training sessions and other paid training as scheduled.
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance. Qualifications Previous guiding experience is not essential; confidence presenting to a large group and providing a wonderful customer experience is required. Proficiency in French, German, Spanish or Mandarin is advantageous but not required. Contract and Rostering
- 12‑month temporary flex‑time contracts; option to extend if required.
- No conversion to casual employment.
- Flexible average weekly hours: 13.5 hours (≈3 days/week) or 18 hours (≈4 days/week), with the possibility of up to 40 hours/week.
- At least one full weekend per 4‑week period must be worked. Benefits
