Kick-start your career with ICC Sydney! As part of our Events Graduate Program, you will engage in the full events lifecycle-from winning bids to delivering extraordinary experiences. We are looking for a passionate UTS Bachelor of Management graduate ready to gain hands-on experience and professional mentoring in the dynamic events industry.

You will take on a permanent fixed-term contract for 2 years as part of the program, which will see you rotate through three of our key Events departments:

- You will spend your first 8 months within our Business Development (Sales) team gaining experience in winning and converting business.
- Your second 8 months will be spent in our Event Planning team, working with our clients and internal teams to plan and prepare our extraordinary events for delivery.
- Your final 8 months will be spent within our Event Operations team, where you will work on the floor and execute the delivery of our events.

Across the program you will gain exposure to our full operation and work with an international workforce boasting top talent within the industry. You will work with other key departments which contribute to our successful Events, such as Culinary Services, Audio Visual Services, Event Security, Presentation Services, Risk Management and Administrational teams.

This program aims to provide someone a unique and fast-tracked experience to become a well-rounded Events professional. On top of operational exposure, you will also have access to our learning and development and networking opportunities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Enthusiastic and motivated to learn, develop and get involved in all areas of our operations.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Must be 18 years or older.
