Main Responsibilities Full responsibility on the recruitment process Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn and job board to attract talent Preparing Contract and Onboarding Documentation Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances About you To be successful you will have previous recruitment agency experience locally or overseas You will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain solid internal and external business relationships You area high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales setting You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role In return we offer a fun, supportive environment, a culture of learning, trust and transparency, market-market-competitive salary and a healthy work-life balance.
