Opportunity Overview Always wanted to run your own business? Maybe you’re a frustrated solo operator wanting to expand? I’m looking for an ambitious, driven person to join me in building a modern recruitment company. I have over 20 years of experience in agency recruitment in Melbourne, having started Sharp & Carter and now running Careers & Candidates, beginning my career with Michael Page and Robert Half. This would not be a ground‑up build. In addition to your network, Careers & Candidates’ database holds over **** client contacts and over 21,000 candidates, all of whom have been coded, spoken to and many met, since **** – they are not just downloaded data. The database is very well maintained and coded. If concern about leaving your role and building a new client network is holding you back, don’t let it. There are plenty of warm contacts to connect with. There are many ways this partnership could be created, and time spent working together initially could be wise. I am very open on how the process of working together could operate and then ultimately how a business structure and partnership may work. The only caveat being that I am looking to grow a firm, with consultants employed, etc., and the operating structure would need to enable that. What I’m Looking For

While this would be an equal partnership, in both company ownership and – very importantly – decision making, I am able to assist you. The right person will also help me to continue learning and developing.
