- Source, screen, and place candidates to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Coordinate daily rostering, payroll, and compliance processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation. What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment, client‑facing sales, or business development experience (highly regarded).
- Robust communication and customer service skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and a true team player.
- A solid understanding of recruitment and employment legislation (preferred).
