About the Role
- 12 Month Fixed Term We have an opportunity in the team for a 12 month fixed term contract picking up and running strategic and operational People & Culture partnering to our Sales, Marketing and Finance functions. The focus of this generalist role is on enabling commercial performance through delivering effective people practices, business partnering and leadership aligned to Remedy Drinks’ policies and values. Working closely with our commercial leaders, you'll shape and deliver people solutions that genuinely contribute to commercial performance, including:
- Partnering with senior leaders across a range of functions to align people priorities with business strategy, growth plans and capability needs
- Coaching and support leaders to build strong, accountable, high‑performing teams
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational design and change within your portfolio
- Delivering end‑to‑end People & Culture support, including performance, recruitment, reward, engagement, wellbeing and employee relations
- Helping leaders navigate complexity with sound judgement, practical advice and a sharp commercial lens
- Embeding Remedy's values and culture across the leaders and teams
- Using people data and insights to inform decisions and drive outcomes
- Contributing to enterprise People & Culture initiatives and projects, bringing a robust commercial perspective to the function This is a senior role with scope to influence broadly, lead initiatives within the P&C; function, and make a real impact — without formal people leadership accountability. - bringing the learnings and experiences from other places but preferring an environment where things move fast, you are close to decisions and accountable for outcomes. You’re commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with stakeholders across the business on the strategic and the operational. You're someone who balances solid judgement and advice with practical solutions that work for the business. You'll bring:
- Significant experience in senior generalist HR / People & Culture roles, ideally as a Senior HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing and/or Finance
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link people initiatives to business performance
- Confidence in coaching and influencing senior leaders
- A pragmatic, solutions‑focused mindset — you know when to go deep and when to keep it simple
- Experience in fast‑growing and dynamic organisations
- High integrity, sound judgement and discretion
- A collaborative and approachable style — you share, contribute and connect.
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field is required; postgraduate quals a bonus. Why Remedy?
