About the Role You’ll step into a warm desk focused on permanent Business Support roles such as:
- Executive & Personal Assistants
- Office Managers and Administrators
- Customer Service and Call Centre staff This desk is well-established, with live jobs and great clients ready to go from day one. You’ll have plenty of support from a hands-on manager who’s invested in your growth, making this a great next step if you’re ready to build on your recruitment career in Melbourne. What’s on Offer
- Base salary $85K–$120K package (based on experience)
- Quarterly commissions up to 40%
