Employment Type: Full-time Division/Branch: Youthworks Outdoors Location: Port Hacking, NSW Closing Date: As soon as position filled About The Role Youthworks Outdoors is seeking an accomplished catering professional to lead and transform our catering operations across four locations: Port Hacking (main centre), Shoalhaven, Blue Mountains and Loftus. This senior culinary leadership role requires an creative professional who can drive culinary excellence, operational efficiency, and team development across our multi-site operation while maintaining our commitment to quality service and Christian values. - Lead the Port Hacking catering team that serves up to 500 guests and oversee the catering functions at our Shoalhaven (200 guests) and Blue Mountains (100 guests) sites
- Plan menus, manage inventory and control budgets
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation You Will Need to Demonstrate
- Catering or cooking qualifications
- Experience in leading a commercial kitchen
- Experience cooking for large groups
- A passion for catering
- Hold a valid food handling certificate
- A strong work ethos and the ability to work with a wide range of staff to achieve effective outcomes
- A willingness to work within an overtly Christian setting and with an Anglican organisation What We Would Really Like You To Have
